The Residential Child Care Project, Cornell University, New York
The RCCP is an international organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children in out of home care. It carries out research and develops and delivers training programmes based on this research. These programmes have been delivered in over forty American states and in Australia, Bermuda, Britain, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Puerto Rico, Russia and New Zealand.
